Rule 10 – Section 2 – Article 7 – Special Enforcement of Post-Possession Fouls

In extra periods or during a try, fouls after a change of team possession have special enforcement.

c. If both teams foul during the down and Team B had not fouled before the change of possession, the fouls cancel and the down is not repeated. On a try, the try is over.
