Our guest for this episode is rugby union referee Adam Lysle. As a rugby union referee, Adam was a late starter in regards to his officiating career, taking it up as he was approaching the end of his playing career. Even though he took up officiating quite late, he’s been able to accomplish some pretty remarkable achievements during his career, with his passion now involving passing on his knowledge and experience to others.

Adam went through a very challenging stage in his life dealing with his mental health. His journey in officiating and what he’s been able to do after working through this period and how he continues to grow and become aware of his mental health challenges is truly remarkable.
