Indoor Flag 

Indoor Flag games shall be played under the same rules as using either Beach Flag rules or, if the facility is big enough, Flag Football or Flag 7 on 7 rules. Field dimensions for Indoor Flag shall be as similar as possible to the rule-set being utilized. Markings shall be done with cones and pylons. Safety areas are still needed.
Shoes appropriate to the facility are legal.
