Welcome to Episode number 2 of Behind the Whistle. The weekly podcast series where we talk to sports officials about their personal officiating journey. We will provide insights in to why these officials do what they do and will be a great way of understanding how they balance their passion for officiating with their personal and professional lives, ensuring that they stay involved in the sports they are passionate about.

Ray helped to establish and run the Chamberlain Foundation, which supports Australians struggling with mental health, as running his own Mortgage broker firm.
