Our guests for this episode are Caleb Lawson and his father Bruce. Caleb’s journey in to officiating started when he was 12yrs old and he has already had the opportunity to experience some pretty amazing things as part of his young journey. It’s really encoouraging to hear from someone so young, who’s at the start of their officiating journey, taking the required steps to continue to improve and keeping a balance between his officiating and his schooling.
We’ll also hear from his father Bruce, who’s the President of his local club and encourages Caleb to keep a balance between his school work and his officiating development.
